SpareXpress Return & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 22-07-2023

1. Return Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to request a return.
We accept returns for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
If the order has already been shipped, you can return it following our return policy mentioned above.

3. Return & Cancellation Procedure:

Please ensure that the product is securely packed for return to avoid any damage during transit.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4. Exceptions:

We do not accept returns or cancellations for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
